Terms of Service

Good As Gone provides junk removal services in and around Asheville, North Carolina. You submit photos and details about the items you’d like removed, we generate a preliminary estimate, our team reviews it and sends you a firm quote, and once you approve and pay, we schedule and perform the removal.

Preliminary estimates are generated with the help of automated image analysis and are based entirely on the photos and information you provide. They are not final. Our team reviews every request before sending a firm quote.

A firm quote is valid for 7 days from the date it’s sent. If the actual condition, volume, or access of the items differs materially from what was shown in your photos or described in your request (for example, undisclosed hazardous materials, additional items, or access that’s more difficult than represented), we may need to adjust the price before or during the job, and we’ll always tell you why before proceeding.

Payment is processed securely through Whop at the time you approve and schedule your removal. We do not store your card or payment details ourselves. Once payment is confirmed, your appointment is booked.

We currently operate Monday through Thursday, 8 AM to 6 PM EST, and weekends 8 AM to 1 PM EST (closed Fridays). If you need to reschedule or cancel, contact us as soon as possible — we’ll work with you to find a new time or process a refund for jobs canceled with reasonable notice before the scheduled date. Same-day cancellations or repeated no-shows may not be eligible for a refund.

You agree to:

• Accurately describe the items you want removed and disclose any hazardous materials up front.
• Provide safe, reasonable access to the removal area on the scheduled date.
• Only submit photos of property you own or have permission to have removed.

We service an area roughly 15 miles around Arden, NC. Requests outside this area may still be considered case by case — we’ll let you know if that affects pricing or availability.

We take reasonable care with your property during removal, but Good As Gone is not liable for pre-existing damage, or for damage to items or property not disclosed prior to the job. Our liability for any claim arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid for the job in question.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
