• Photos of the items you want removed.
• Payment confirmation from our payment processor (we never see or store your card details).

We also use a tracking pixel that records page visits on our site to help us understand how visitors find us.

• To analyze your photos and generate a preliminary estimate.
• To review, price, and send you a firm quote.
• To schedule and complete your removal, including calendar coordination.
• To process payment and send booking and payment confirmations.
• To follow up about quotes you haven’t yet booked.
• To understand how people find and use our site.

We use a small number of trusted third-party service providers to run Good As Gone — for example, to analyze submitted photos and generate a preliminary estimate, to securely store estimate and job records, to schedule appointments and validate service addresses, to process payment for booked jobs, to deliver our emails, and to understand site visits. Each provider processes only the limited slice of your information it needs to perform that function on our behalf.

We do not sell your personal information.

We keep estimate, job, and payment records for as long as needed for our business and legal purposes. You can request that we delete your information at any time — see Contact below.

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing us at the address below. We’ll respond within a reasonable time.

Our Service is intended for adults arranging junk removal and is not directed at children.
